We share personal data only where necessary: with the government authorities we are required by law to report guest information to; with the payment providers processing your transaction; with the booking channel you reserved through, where applicable; and with service providers who operate our systems under confidentiality obligations. How Long We Keep It
We keep booking and financial records for the period required by Saudi law, including tax and commercial record-keeping requirements. Data no longer needed for a legal or operational purpose is deleted or anonymised.
